Knife & Axe Sharpening March 4 Have you ever tried to sharpen your own knife and been disappointed with the result? Have you ever been asked to teach knife sharpening and knife safety to scouts or cubs? If yes, then this session is for you. Our specialist guest will be Martin Grosweiner who operates a professional sharpening service called STONE WORKS. He has a busy stall at the Boyce Farmers Market. Martin will tutor leaders on the craft so you hone your skills and then pass them on to the youth. You are welcome to bring your own knife and sharpening equipment and get a free lesson on how to use it. Location: The Rivorton Scout Centre at the Kinsmen Club, 141 School St, Fredericton. Doors open at 7 PM and the session will be from 7:30 to 8:30 PM. |
