The Yoho Scout Lodge is the Jewel of the Yoho Scout Reserve. It is located about 20 minutes south of Fredericton on the Hanwell Road (Route 640) on Yoho Lake. The Yoho Scout Reserve consists of 700 acres of forested land with extensive nature trails. The lake offers a sandy lakefront beach/dock area for water activities, with canoeing resources available for rent. There is also an outdoor chapel and a large playing field.
The Yoho Lodge has two wings the Main Wing, and the Chad O’Quinn Wing. If you want to book the entire lodge, you must book both wings.
The Main Wing is fully contained, complete with showers, washrooms and a large kitchen and dining area. You can sleep up to 51 people in the Main Wing.
Scouting Activities, Swimming, Canoeing, Hiking, Sliding, Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing, Camping, etc.
Anytime after 2pm.
From the NB-2 W Trans Canada Highway:
- Take exit 271 for Mazerolle Settlement Road toward Hanwell/NB-640.
- Turn left at Mazerolle Settlement Road.
- Drive for 1.5km.
- Take the first right onto NB-640 S.
- Drive approximately 10.5km.
- The driveway is the first left after the Yoho Lake Road (there is signage).

Scout Group Costs
The cost for the Yoho Scout Lodge Main Wing for Scout groups is $115 per night. Please inquire about rates for non-Scouting groups.
